Ronalen's surface area and volume post

                                                     the net of a rectangular prism
                                                how to find the area of a rectangular prism
the net of a triangular prism
                                              how to find the surface area of a triangular prism

                                                            the net of a cylinder
                                                how to find the surface area of a cylinder

here is a website you can go to so you can learn more about finding surface areas
and here is a video on how to find surface areas

i hope this post helps you out. i am sorry for the late upload

Part 2
Volume

Volume of a triangular prism = area of the base x the height
AB=3 x 5/2
AB=15/2
AB=7.5
7.5 x 8.5=63.75 m 3
Volume of a rectangular prism = length x width x height
20 x 8 x 16 = 2560cm 3
Volume of a triangular prism=area of the base x height
AB=4 x 8 / 2
AB=32 / 2
AB=16cm 2
16 x 6.5 = 104 cm 3
0.375 x 104 = 39 cm 3
Volume of a cylinder = area of the base x height
d / 2 = r
12 / 2 = r
6 = r

pi x r 2 x h
3.14 x 6 2 x 15
3.14 x 36 x 15
1695.6 cm 3

here is a website you can go to so you can review volume. i hope this helps
